TRS allows users to embed evidence in the liability arguments when needed. However, this requires the arbitrator to enter a comment about how the evidence item ties to a specific argument.

To ensure efficiency, we recommend limiting embedded evidence to one or two key items. For more information, please see the January E-Bulletin and February’s Filer/Responder Webinar Recap.

In an effort to prevent overuse, we introduced an enhancement that alerts users when the recommended limit has been exceeded. AF will continue to monitor the use of embedded evidence and may contact representatives and companies directly as needed.
